Excellent care for multiple family members. Staff overstretched to the MAXIMUM! Only one CNA for the entire floor. Overall good experience though.

I was in 5 years ago. My husband is in now. They have been excellent getting him up and moving again after a stroke. They are great.Food is also good. Clean place

My husband was a patient at Zebulon Rehab, everyone there is top notch, the CNA’s were amazing in his care, the LPN’s and RN’s were equally wonderful. He loved the Physical therapy and Occupational therapy staff, they were very thorough. I would love to name individual names but I am afraid I would forget someone and I would not want to hurt feelings. From the Director to the Social Worker, they were a caring love, supportive team and I can’t thank them enough for their support. Zebulon Rehab is truly the best.

This Center has been a great place to work! The Company cares greatly about the quality of care given to patients and residents and also genuinely cares about the staff. I’m happy to be part of a team that sets high standards of care for our short term and long term residents!
