    They worked us into their busy schedule for a repair on our 2006 Gulfstream Sun Voyager class A motorhome. Their work is very professional. The staff is pleasant and supportive. We highly recommend Barnes Collison.

    They really are friendly, conscientious people. I called on a whim to see if they could fix the handle on my truck and she immediately said... come on in and let us look at it. They looked up my part and quoted me a price. They called me in a few hours to let me know when they could get the part and set an appointment around my schedule. Then they repaired it faster than they originally thought... aaannnddd... the price didn't change!!! Hallelujah... business integrity...I love it. They are definitely worth checking out!

    We took our RV there and from the initial phone call to the end of the process, we could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Barnes for your great employees who talked with us first (Misty) and to the very nice gentleman who worked on our RV (great job!) and the overall experience. We were truly blessed by y'all today. We will always remember your generosity and love shown to us. Thank you again.

    I was rear ended in my 2017 Volt and called the shop in Raleigh I’d used in the past - they said they couldn’t work on it because they had had such a hard time getting parts. I called Universal Chevy where we got it, and the service manager told me he took his personal vehicles to Barnes and all dealership cars. I’m so glad he did- they were fabulous. Ordered the parts, called when they came in and turned the car around in one day. Looks great, and they washed it AND VACUUMED THE INSIDE! We have a new car!
