“To give you the whole story, I changed the suspension on my BMW myself. I borrowed the tool from Advance to compress the spring and was not able to use the tool (I think because I had sports suspension it needed to be compressed more than usual). I literally drove around for hours looking for a shop that would assemble the front strut for me because I couldn't even out the old strut back on without compressing the spring. Bimmer performance center required the car to be there before they could install the springs (how does that make sense?). I went to a shop that tried to compress it and flat out lied to me and said the machine couldn't go anymore (it was only halfway) and stated they didn't want to hurt themselves and couldn't stop saying how I should've just brought it to them before I took it off. They finally sent me away after wasting an hour of my time. I stopped by Janko Imports and they told me they could definitely try. The tried tool after tool until they decided to use the same wall mounted machine the other place stopped using. They kept going until they were able to compress the spring enough to install. Overall they were able to complete a task nobody else I took it to could. I also paid a very fair rate as it did take a full hour to get this done. Thanks to the guys at Janko Imports for your hard work and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them.”
