“I own a 1973 Corvette with 64,000 original miles. It has its own attached garage and I treat it like a forth child. The AC has not worked this year. Another mechanic fixed it and recharged it last year but even then it did not work too well. I heard about Ten Ten Auto from one of my Corvette friends. Since it’s only 5 minutes from my house I decided to give them a try but I was extremely apprehensive. So I dropped my baby off and went home but being the person I am I decided to go to the gas station next door to them to spy over the fence. I saw the car in one of their bays and a young man put a fender cover nicely over it as to not hurt the paint. Later they called with an estimate and said they could order parts for tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and I brought it back. Not only did they re-rewire it correctly so there is no more clicking under the hood but it blows cold air more than my newer SUV. I frequent car shows. Knowing that, the owner made sure everything was neat as it would be in 1973. I belong to two corvette clubs and the American legion cruisers. This was yesterday and already I told a bunch of people at today’s cars and coffee. Update: Took my corvette for the shocks, starter and replace the alarm horn. Again perfect. I purchased the original parts and it took them half a day to install. Additionally they repacked the wheel bearings and tightened the hubs up for me.”

He’s very knowledgeable, competitively priced, and knows numerous other vendors in the area to further help someone complete the look they want for their vehicle. Seriously, he’s mastered his craft. I’d let him tint my wine glasses. I would definitely recommend him to almost anyone I know. I would not recommend him to people I’m not fond of because they don’t deserve quality tint or detail work. “Rich was great. Battery was dead on my Jeep. I sent a text with my car’s info and general location. He replied within an hour, and called to confirm and update on arrival time. I purchased the new battery online, which he picked up and installed in the driveway at my friend’s house. Very reasonably priced, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and efficient. I only wish I had called him first before wasting a couple days with my roadside assistance plan.”

“My fan wouldn’t turn off after driving for a couple of hours. I had the cooling module replaced. Not only was the price fair, the service was done ASAP and I got a ride home during mechanic’s lunch break! 3 months later, I had the same problem. The part was still under warranty so they fixed it again at no charge. I had AAA tow my car as the tow truck’s driver said his battery charger dead. (This was unacceptable from the tow truck driver!) I wasn’t present when the car was towed but my sunroof and windows were open. A monsoon came through while in transport and Import AutoPro was waiting for my car to arrive and they were prepared with plastic tarps and towels to save my care from water damage. The tow truck driver managed to break my wipers and AutoPro put on new ones free of charge and my service was totally free. Hannah, the receptionist is incredibly nice and goes out of her way to provide the best service. I have taken all of my cars here and I have always been happy with the great work and service they provide. I rarely write reviews but this was one I had to do. I appreciated their help and going out of their way to help.”

“After driving through the night from Canada to North Carolina I knew my vehicle was in dire need of service. Worried not knowing what the problem was and what I was going to do I luckily found the best help possible just down the road from my accommodations at Leith Volkswagen of Cary. Not having an appointment, unaware of what the cost may run I started fretting how long I would be stuck in this situation far from home. That's when I met Ian Allen an advisor who went above and beyond in getting me back on my way. I received 4 new tires which were brought in same day, alignment(which discovered I needed inner/outer tie rods). I was even worried about my brakes which I received a video from technician Anthony who worked on my vehicle which reassured me that my brakes were good and still had plenty of use left on them. I arrived on a Friday afternoon tired, worried, upset about my whole trip down for this wedding weekend. I received my vehicle Saturday morning in time for all the planned events. I left the dealership very satisfied and reassured a safe trip back home but also a little mind blown on the difference in service levels in which I now envy. I do wish VW Canada and VW USA warranties coincided with each other because I would've much rather serviced everything with you guys!!Your showroom blew my mind with all the vintage buses seeing those was a once in a lifetime for me especially the 21 window bus! “We were leaving Falls Lake State Park & our 31ft RV would only run in idle with no acceleration at all. We got information from park personnel to call Triangle Tire & Brake. Owner Mike advised me to get Tow Truck/Deans & get to his shop. We arrived a few hours later & they put master mechanic FRANK on the job. Frank got some good information of our issue & got parts ordered that day for next day delivery. I was dealing with wife’s Dr. Appointments at Duke medical center & they called me Once all parts were installed & vehicle ready to go. They work on a variety of vehicles & put you at ease about the repairs. I can’t say enough about how well MIKE & FRANK treated us.
