“Guys at the desk are great and friendly. Had 4 tires I needed mounted to wheels and got 2 mounted backwards and all wheels with deep cuts from the tire machine. Wheels also had more scratches than what should have happened (they are spray painted and I knew some scratches would occur but this was in the center of a deep dish wheel). If they right the wrong I'll change my review. If you have NICE wheels I wouldnt recommend this. Update: they fixed what was needed tire wise but still woulndt go there within vintage or nice wheels due to the tire machine they use.”

“I've been so nervous to pull the trigger on getting our family's old Honda Accord painted. We didn't want to spent 10K, but didn't want to go so cheap that it looks like it was done with spray paint. I was referred to these guys and Chris, and the other Chris, were both extremely polite and patient with our questions. To get our entire car painted was less than $600 and the results are incredible. We had one spot that they even offered to repaint because they weren't satisfied with the final results. A significant assurance comes from finding the same people working there on every occasion, when most businesses are operated by different, unknown individuals every time I visit. This allows for a relationship to develop and endure, and without the need to redress countless details important for accuracy. Rob, the manager runs the show with obvious pride, always covering details beyond the required basics. He is concerned about the level of service he and his staff deliver for every customer, from the way the phone is answered, to how they stay up to date on pertinent news and specifics affecting the different auto makes and models. This alone saves customers tons of money, in that minimal time is needed for mechanics to determine an untold number of malfunction causes. They stay current on important changing matters that prompt engine recalls, additions to warranty extensions, and important details impacting the realm of auto performance--which is something I'd never previously thought about asking an auto mechanic prior to Meineke. I recently had my car towed to them for a repair issue, to find out it was a matter requiring the manufacturer to resolve. When I arranged to have it towed to the dealership, Rob had already prepared a full account of his mechanic's findings that included industry news that affected the manufacturer's responsibility to fix without charging me. This is before I ever asked for anything other than the key. It was knowledgeable, well written, and concise. It clarified for the dealership's mechanic on how to proceed, saving everybody time and money. A comforting level of assurance comes from having car care performed by knowledgeable professionals that truly care about clients, and the work they do for each one. This is the only Meineke I've used, so my review belongs exclusively to the Millbrook Rd. store. Here, you'll find a manager who loves his job, and it shows!”

“I went there for an assessment on my vehicle because I was hearing a strange noise. Like most people I know little to nothing about cars except where the gas goes so I went in with a little bit of apprehension thinking what could they find and what could they charge me with. The owner Marcus greeted me promptly and kindly. After thoughtfully listening to my concerns he had a technician test drive it. The tech did not hear the mystery noise that I heard and after putting it up on the lift thought it might be the struts. Marcus gave me the pricing for the struts but before he began work he said let me take it for a test drive myself. He also didn't hear the noise and after looking under my car a second time didn't think any repairs were necessary. He could have easily had me replace those struts and gotten a $500 job. How would I have known the difference? What he got instead is a life long customer plus referrals.”

“If you have some damage on your vehicle that requires some body work and paint correction, contact Rob Thomas! I had scratched a rear panel on my "Nina Puff" when I got too close to a concrete well cover. That crunch sound was the worst! He got that awful scratch OUT, as well as other existing minor scratches and a tiny ding from various panels. The scratches from my bicycle that were on my spoiler... gone too. He even fixed a bit of damage on my bumper that was there when I bought the car. He matched the paint perfectly, which is no easy task with her shimmery white color. I had to shout him out because I've had a bad paint job on a car before, and there is a major difference in the quality of his work, for sure. I'm very very very happy now!”
