There was no wait and they told me the problem and what it would take to fix it right there in the parking lot at no charge. They found the parts -- no small feat on a car as old as mine -- and took the frustration out of working with the insurance company. I went back recently because that aging car needed long list of maintenance items done - rusting this, squeaking that, etc. We went through the list item by item so I could pick out the most essential repairs while still mostly staying within my budget.
