“If you need your car washed this is the place to go!! These young men really are detailed and strive to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. I had not had my car washed in forever. I’m too embarrassed to see how long. Lol. When he told me my car was ready and I looked inside I was shocked at how clean he got it. I have a 3 year old and a niece that have pretty much done what they want in the backseat. The service I got was worth more than what they charge! This by far is the best car wash I have received. Also, the guys are respectful and friendly. Please go check them out. You will not be disappointed.”

“First, the customer service absolutely sucks. Second, why have an air pump that takes either quarters only or check card? I went in to ask for change and the lady very rudely says "you need to wait for a cash sale". Never once made eye contact and just walked right back into her, what I am assuming "break room". I KNOW every register has a no sale button and you are only told to say that. It was only me and one other person in the store. I am asking for change to use a product that has YOUR company logo on it. I am making a sale! I live right down the street. The guys that work there seem to be ten times more pleasant than the females.”

“This is our go to and favorite Zips location! They have the same staff working and it's nice to see familiar faces when going to a business on repeat. They do an excellent job of prepping the vehicles and the wash is pretty thorough and comes clean. There are spots to dry off the remaining water in the turn around out front. They have the most vacuums I have seen at one location AND they are practicing and following social distancing. It is nice to see that they are taking it seriously. I noticed on last visit that an employee was wiping clean the handles for the vacuum which is what should be done!”

“Mr. Benjamin has always been courteous, honest, and thorough. Vehicles that are more trashed cost more to clean than less filthy vehicles. That is fair. I once took him a mini van that had belonged to a hoarder (like you see on TV). The inside of it appeared as though some terrible monster had been to dumpsters behind McDonalds and Starbucks and gobbled up everything and then had become violently ill inside of the vehicle. Mr. Benjamin was a miracle worker. I had considered this vehicle to be irrevocably unclean. Mr. Benjamin told me it would take 4 days to rectify the situation. He did it in 3 and honestly the vehicle (minus some body damage (this is detailing NOT a body shop)) looked brand new. I could not believe the transformation. This was not inexpensive, but the work and level of detail was amazing. I highly recommend his services.”
