“My husband and I had been attending dentists for since childhood, but when we moved here in our 50's Dr Meena Chelury is the only dentist that caught my husband's teeth were crooked on the bottom front because he had an extra tooth there. Seems like such a simple thing, and I have to wonder how all the dentists we'd seen over the years missed it. This is an example of the care Dr Chelury takes with her patients, doing the basics without fail. I'm impressed with her and glad she's my dentist.”

“This is my first time going to Dr. Sandra Thor Dental Office... She and all her staff that I have come across in her office are Amazing! They all seem to be taking after Dr. Thor's demeanor by treating their customer with the utmost professionalism. Dr Thor actually listens to your concerns, she checks if you are ok during the treatment, not just once but often! She educate you on what is the treatment plan that is best suited for you. She even lets you know, that there could be, an additional cost, if you are opting for, a higher grade choice of crowns. Everyone was very welcoming from the front desk staff, dental assistant to the dental hygienist. The dentist filling in for the original dentist was also very professional and made me feel very comfortable. “I have very sensitive teeth, with a lot of gum recession. I have FINALLY found the right team to take care of my teeth. The cleaning technique they use is so great, no touching my teeth with the spinner that usually makes me cringe. They use warm air and water. I have never had such a great experience. “Dr. Stella is the best. He patiently answers all of my questions, my gum graft healed beautifully and he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. My insurance didn't cover the gum graft but Kiara (at the Durham office) explained all of my options to me and was super helpful and flexible. It was expensive but I called around to periodontists in the area and don't think I could've had it done any cheaper. 4 stars instead of 5 because my insurance should have covered the consult, but I'm still waiting on a claim to be submitted for that (it was 3 months ago).”
