“I had an extraction appointment with Dr. Addison. From the time of registration til the time I left, everyone was helpful and attentive. We had a little complication with getting my blood pressure to focus because of anxiety, albeit it was a calming atmosphere, but Dr. Addison and the staff were cool, helped me with breathing techniques and waited until it normalized to where we could begin the surgery. Afterwards, they helped me to the car and the healing process began. Dr. Addison even called the next day to see how I was feeling. My husband and I truly appreciated the kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything and everyone were great and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you Dr. Addison and the NU Image staff.”

Sidenote:They did an amazing job taking precautionary measures due to the pandemic. Dr. Moore was super friendly (as were the assistants), knowledgable and thorough in explaining my wisdom tooth situation, and kept my nerves calm & cool during the procedure. I was only able to meet Dr. Malta for a brief moment during my visit, but like the rest of the staff, she carried herself in a very friendly, professional and and courteous manner. I would highly recommend coming here next time you need to see a dentist! They make you feel right at home! We will definitely be coming back!”

Dr. Mary Paula met with me and referred me to a well-known Oral Surgeon that she teams with in preparation for the two part treatment, the orthodontics part and the double jaw surgery part. She worked with the Oral surgeon and went over my case at length, she was involved in every step of the treatment plan. Dr. Mary Paula Zaytoun is a great orthodontist, she pays great attention to details, her dedication to her patients and her compassion made a huge difference in the outcome of my case. Before seeing Dr. Cataldo, I had consulted with two other dental professionals, both of whom were unable to resolve a persistent, annoying problem. “They are extremely honest, compassionate, smart, and skilled. I'll continue seeing Dr. Spaulding until she retires or we move. I had tried another dentist after moving to NC that told me I needed $10k of dental work and offered a financing plan (red flag!) so I went for a second opinion - Dr. Spaulding said I just needed a filling and that, other than that, my teeth were fine. It was a huge relief, but also highlighted to me how important an honest doc is. She's hands down, the best. My wife sees Dr. Sebastian and feels the same way!”

“Hotel could use some upgrades. The carpet is old. Our room AC unit broke down and needed to be replaced. So there was some inconvenience but the maintenance guy replaced it quickly. Our room window had some sort of film which blocked all the view(see photo). Location is next to beach. So you can take a nice walk in the morning & evening. Breakfast was fine. Wish there was less use of plastic. Melissa was very helpful. The other staff member wasn't as responsive. I asked for an upgrade and was told that I would be updated about availability but never got a call or message about it during the stay.”
