“I have had a hard time finding a good dentist. I had the same dentist for the first 30 years of my life until he retired. I never had any phobias until I had to find a new one. I went through 3 before I finally found Southern Dental Arts. I had almost given up hope of finding anyone. I had horrible experiences with gums bleeding after cleaning, an instrument breaking off inside a tooth they were putting a crown on that I had to see an oral surgeon to have removed, and very sore gums after each visit. I went for a year not seeing anyone because it tore my nerves up to go. Then one weekend I had a horrible toothache. Dr. Staehling took me on a Saturday and was able to fix it. I have been going ever since. He is always checking to make sure I'm okay and completely gets how anxious I am about going to the dentist. He always tells me to raise my finger if I need a break and is so patient and kind. My phobia is almost complete gone now thanks to him.”

“The best dental office hands down!! My dentist was so gentle and she made me feel at ease. She explained every part of the process and engaged in conversation in between. I feel like I’ve known her for years. She gave great recommendations for dental care. My kids also attend this dental office and they are so kind and understanding to young children. I had to bring my children to my appointment and they went as far as to put on his favorite show to keep him busy. Not a lot of places cater to children in a caring manner. The majority of my visits are for routine cleanings and I just had my first procedure… hence the review. Who knew a trip to the dentist could be so pleasurable? I’m actually kind of laughing writing this review because who honestly enjoys the dentist? It’s one of those things you end up doing and it’s often a chore. No joke, I don’t mind visiting this place. I feel like they know me as a friend when I walk in (like that local barber you’ve been going to for years). I witness that same treatment to everyone who walks through the door while I’m there. “Dr. Jean You and her staff at Little Tooth Co all radiate happiness and positivity towards their little clients, it’s practically contagious! We recently relocated to NC and, like many people, I rely heavily on reading reviews online. After seeing five star reviews and positive experiences on various social media outlets, I knew I had to take my kids (both under age 5) and I’m so glad I did - why didn’t a place like this exist when I was a child?! The new patient online registration process was seamless, we were able to be seen within a week, and the facility was incredibly clean and brimming with colorful, kid friendly artwork. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Miss. Jen was our hygienist and she did a spectacular job making my children feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My 3yo was a bit more apprehensive, but she remained incredibly patient. My 5yo left excited about her successful visit to the dentist and said she can’t wait to go back! Stop searching and go here, you won’t regret it!”
