“Honestly the best experience I have ever had. My 3 year old daughter split her chin open. (Just needed glue, no stiches) I was a wreck. (First rodeo). All of the doctors, nurses and staff were beyond excellent with my daughter. They were also excellent with me. (I was panicked). One of the doctors came right up and calmed me down and hugged me. The doctor who took care of us, (Brianna), was so gentle, patient and kind with my daughter and I. She cleaned and glued her up with no tears. Explained each step before it happened to my daughter and I. Was gentle in approach and touch as well. I can't thank everyone there enough for the care we received today. If I could give more stars I would.”

“This is something I never do, but I wanted everyone to know what Dr. Chappell has done for me. My first shoulder surgery was November of 2018. Dr. Chapell did not do the first surgery. Needless to say, nothing went well with it. I was then referred to Dr. Chappell by a friend for the second surgery. The second surgery was to correct the issues and concerns from the first surgery. I was surprised when I woke up in recovery and was told the surgery couldn’t not be completed as planned, due to an infection in my shoulder and that I needed a pic line, in the other arm that ran to my heat, for six weeks for antibiotic treatments. For those six weeks, each day was frustrating, knowing that I was going to have a third surgery on my shoulder once the infection was cleared and that I had antibiotic spacer placed in my affect shoulder with very limited movement, in addition to the day to day hardships brought on by this. Once the infection cleared, Dr. Chappell did my third surgery. Recovery has been very difficult because of the multiple surgeries. I can’t think Dr. Chappell enough for treating me and for giving me a positive outcome, thus far for my shoulder. Dr. Chappell, I’d like to thank you and your staff for your excellent care throughout this whole process. I know this is going to be a long recovery for me, but at least I know I’m on the right path to recovery. Thank you. Barry”
