The girl working the print center (I forget her name but it began with an S) went out of her way to get the software to talk and my file to print. I was really impressed with her genuine interest in wanting to help but also had a great personality as well. =)”

He agreed that the cost to repair my defunct computer was likely not worth the replacement, especially since it was on its second motherboard (which was likely the point of failure, again), and he gave me some useful advice on future purchases. Appreciated his honesty, as someone who repairs computers, to not sell me on a service that wouldn't have been worthwhile.
