Shelly was excellent - she explained everything in detail, was compassionate and had excellent technique (eg. starting IV and explaining what to expect). I had to wait a short time to have the films checked and was told by Heather that all was clear, and the radiologist saw no blood clots on the scan. She was kind and escorted me out (via a short cut) right to the elevator. I would gladly use Wake Radiology for any further tests (Purfoy Rd. in Fuquay Varina).”

I've gotten so tired of doctors that just want to deal with the first few words you say, without hearing the whole story or asking any questions, and get you out of their office within minutes, after you spend an hour waiting. Dr. Sicking is a breath of fresh air. He schedules enough time to really get to know and try to help his patients. He even does his own blood draws and calls you himself with the results! He is proactive, rather than waiting until you're on your death bed before actually making an effort to do something. He seems concerned about your quality of life, not just keeping you alive. I'm very impressed, especially in light of our factory-like healthcare these days.”
