My visit to Western Wake today was one wrought with anxiety, but only until I sat in the chair. My hygienist was personable, professional, and thorough. The cleaning was on point, painless, and frankly the conversation was enjoyable. The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable about insurance processes, had me checked in quickly and had me scheduled and on my way after just a few minutes at the end of my visit. My last experience at a different practice, albeit a long time ago, was NOTHING like this one and Western Wake made me feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. Not easy to do for this giant wuss when it comes to dental work.”
