In a general sense, F45 is phenomenal workout program that keeps things interesting with high-intensity interval training that keeps it interesting with different exercises and timing every day, so it doesn't get old. It also makes efficient use of your time; it's all set up, the workouts are given to you, and you go home happy. West Apex has done an amazing job fostering a very team and family-like atmosphere where we're all pulling for the next person to push through the workout. I attribute it to the excellent trainers Leslie and Joel as well as the high quality people that attend the work outs. It's safe, it's fun, it's rewarding and it can be dang hard, but it's worth it. The article confirmed my concern that my body my not be able to handle the stress. I took the mobility test and failed 3 of the 4 areas. I decided I need to work on improving my mobility and increasing strength. I signed up for the 3 month virtual program and totally impressed with coach and Par4Success online system. The exercise videos are short and easy to understand. My coach (Tyler) is available by email or phone and very responsive. After 2 months, my mobility is getting better and most importantly my golf swing has improved. I feel like it is only a matter of time that I will get to work on speed sticks.”

“I highly recommend Be young physical therapy. I came in with an extremely stubborn rotator cuff/bicep tendinitis for which I was already taking physical therapy at some other office. I just wanted to try be young since I heard great reviews about them. But within the first few visits, I got strength in my arm and was able to do so much more with my hands. I was attended by Dough who is just amazing at what he does. He was extremely extremely patient with my stubborn pain. He knew exactly how to add in the exercises and the weights gradually which eventually paid off. The best part is he documents the whole visit on his laptop and always refer to his notes before or during my visit. I went to Dough without any hopes that my hand will ever feel normal again but I started seeing results so quickly that I left my old Physiotherapist whom I was seeing for the last 4 months. Even the staff there-Megan, Samantha are very warm and friendly. I highly highly recommended this place. You will never be disappointed.”
