She spent time listening to all my symptoms and educating me on the benefits of bio-identical hormones. “BJ is so under-rated here in NC . It is always empty, and honestly, BJS does have a great selection of Name brand items in bulk, sams and costco could never. My only gripe is the ones located in the triangle they don't offer a lot of different items like they do in Ny/NJ/Pa DONT FORGET TO check the expiration date on EVERYTHING. BJS has so much room for improvement. Get away with the stupid coupon gimmic and quality. Check the items' expiration date. I would hate to see Bjs closed down.”

I am glad to say that Forge Chiropractic is the most complete and skilled practice I have been to. Dr. Tyler has been the only one who has been able to do torque release adjustments targeting the nerves, manual adjustments targeting spinal structure, and adjustments on the extremities. He is knowledgeable about muscular physiology and can explain why he does every adjustment, which other chiropractors have not done for me before. I and my pregnant wife feel very comfortable entrusting him with our care. Plus, the membership plans are very affordable as Dr. Tyler wishes to serve the community well. “This is something I never do, but I wanted everyone to know what Dr. Chappell has done for me. My first shoulder surgery was November of 2018. Dr. Chapell did not do the first surgery. Needless to say, nothing went well with it. I was then referred to Dr. Chappell by a friend for the second surgery. The second surgery was to correct the issues and concerns from the first surgery. I was surprised when I woke up in recovery and was told the surgery couldn’t not be completed as planned, due to an infection in my shoulder and that I needed a pic line, in the other arm that ran to my heat, for six weeks for antibiotic treatments. For those six weeks, each day was frustrating, knowing that I was going to have a third surgery on my shoulder once the infection was cleared and that I had antibiotic spacer placed in my affect shoulder with very limited movement, in addition to the day to day hardships brought on by this. Once the infection cleared, Dr. Chappell did my third surgery. Recovery has been very difficult because of the multiple surgeries. I can’t think Dr. Chappell enough for treating me and for giving me a positive outcome, thus far for my shoulder. Dr. Chappell, I’d like to thank you and your staff for your excellent care throughout this whole process. I know this is going to be a long recovery for me, but at least I know I’m on the right path to recovery. Thank you. Barry”
