It started off with the friendliest smile and conversation from the sweet lady that checked me in. Then it moved to the dental assistant that stayed with me throughout my appointment (Brianna)!! I could not have asked for a more pleasant and congenial helper during my time there. She was easy to talk to and made the whole appointment very comfortable. I would LOVE to have her at my next appointment. Dr. Walker was the dentist at the practice that day and he was terrific as well. Very accommodating and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible. “Dr McElveen repaired my eardrum back when I was in middle school, back in the '90s. I'd been to one doc who terrified me after vaccuuming a polyp out of my ear canal, causing some blood. As a 10- or 11-year-old kid, I was worried that Dr M would be the same, but I quickly realized why he had received at least one award. He placed a couple of utensils in my ear, including the same type of mini-vaccum the first doc had used, to inspect the situation, and I felt no pain whatsoever. He later rebuilt my thinned eardrum successfully, and to this day I have good hearing with no problems following the surgery. I believe Dr. McElveen truly is one of the best ENTs out there.”
