“There are not enough words to describe how great Stephanie is! She made the move for my mother as easy as possible. She negotiated rates, set up the physical move for my mom and set up her medication refills as well. After all the movers brought my mothers belongings to her new location, Stephanie had already unpacked and organized half of her things. Stephanie kept me up to date daily of everything before the move, and has followed up several times since the move. She truly cares and has a passion for what she does!”

“Dr. Alexander is wonderful. Kinnari too!!! Actually the entire place is really great. I’m an a**hole and hard to get along with, it’s part of why I go there so I don’t see how anyone could say anything negative about this place. Everyone there is more than friendly, kind and beyond professional. I even broke a chair and they didn’t even get mad at me. A few months ago before even giving this place try, I was hesitant based off a negative review, I guess that person had a bad day because I’ve been late and they were just worried about me was all. Maybe all the staff are different now because everyone there is amazing. The entire place has a peaceful aura about it, including the people there. Well done to whoever put this team together. I’ve been to quite a few offices over the years but this was the first time I’ve ever felt helped. Over 20 years of hopelessness and I finally have improvements in life because of this place and the staff here. If you’re needing some help mentally and have a hard time trusting people like I do, this place is more than worth it for you to give them a chance. If you’ve read to this point you already understand not to expect immediate results, it takes time, I just hope this review helps someone feel comfort in trusting these Drs for help.”

She is very much a professional health care provider. On every visit, Christi-Anne first evaluates how I'm doing, then by evaluating how i'm carrying myself, whether I'm using good posture (determining if bad habits are sneaking back into my daily routine), then finally determining how my muscles are affecting the mobility of my skeleton. (I have arthritis, which is why Christi-Anne was recommended to me by my chiropractor.) Christi-Anne explains to me what she is doing for my treatment, and why she is doing it. “Broke a tooth over the weekend and I didn't have a dentist! Dr. Niles fit me into his schedule the beginning of the work week and had me fixed up just as quick. I had a few options on how to proceed with my tooth and he took time to explain them all to me in detail without pushing me either way. I dont like going to the dentist but he put up with my nervousness and and saw me first thing the next morning when I was worried about the area. Hate getting a tooth pulled but glad it was here!”
