What we appreciate most is that she takes the time to give the personal attention to each and every patient and definitely takes pride in her work too. She has never tried to hurry along the work in the interest of time. One a recent occasion she even took some personal time after her regular hours were over to do some post-adjustment work on one of my teeth instead of asking me to come the next day just so that she can be sure I was comfortable. Regardless of your age or strength though, if you want to feel strong and accomplished at the end of the day, you belong here. Mike does an excellent job programming the workouts so all you have to do is show up. If you need to modify or substitute, the coach will set you up. Morning or afternoon classes available and you don’t have to sign up - just pick whatever class time works best for you that day. Nobody judges, everyone is encouraging and on your birthday, you get to pick the music:)”
