“Honestly the best experience I have ever had. My 3 year old daughter split her chin open. (Just needed glue, no stiches) I was a wreck. (First rodeo). All of the doctors, nurses and staff were beyond excellent with my daughter. They were also excellent with me. (I was panicked). One of the doctors came right up and calmed me down and hugged me. The doctor who took care of us, (Brianna), was so gentle, patient and kind with my daughter and I. She cleaned and glued her up with no tears. Explained each step before it happened to my daughter and I. Was gentle in approach and touch as well. I can't thank everyone there enough for the care we received today. If I could give more stars I would.”

“BJ's has been a great fit all the way around for my glasses and accessories. My prescription recently changed and I needed an affordable, quality pair of glasses that worked well with my face shape and were custom fitted to my line of site. Had heard mixed reviews from friends about getting glasses from one of the big ‘box stores’. BJ’s, however, stood out in the feedback I received as at least ‘satisfied to very satisfied’ so I decided to give them a try. The optician at BJ's that helped me did a great job walking me through picking out my glasses. He was knowledgeable, professional, and suggested I video chat with my wife to help me pick out the right frames (found out later from my wife that this was very good advice by the way!). Paid a reasonable price (not cheap but not overpriced either) and now have my new glasses! They are comfortable, my wife says they look fashionable on me, and I can see great at all distances. I had to get progressive lenses this go around which my optometrist said can be especially hard to get just right at every distance. My progressive lenses from BJ's allow me to focus at every distance 'progressively' - I can read, work at the computer, and see clearly while driving - all now with a single pair of glasses! I was hesitant about ending up with ‘bifocal type glasses’ since I now needed help with seeing up close but my progressive lenses look just like regular glasses so I was very pleased. I plan to take a couple of my kids to BJ’s later this year to get their glasses if their prescription changes when they have their annual check-up.”

All I have to say is thank you so much for taking incredible care of me during a very stressful appointment. Dawn and Dr. Holley were compassionate, capable, kind, strategic, tactical, and most importantly, strong when I was not. The world needs more Dawn's and Dr. Holley's. Dr. Holley is very skilled. She performed US guided aspiration on my very swollen and painful breast and I couldn't feel a thing. She talked me through everything and kept me focused on one step at a time. Dawn took the extra time to call the pathologist and make sure she and Dr. Holley were doing exactly what the lab needed to ensure I wouldn't have to come back or wait longer for results than necessary. Keep in mind, they did all this on emergency basis. They had 1 hour warning of my arrival and not only did they rally for me, but they advocated for my well-being from physical to mental to emotional health. What a tremendous team.
