The night we arrived it was in the 30's out, so standing on the sidewalk for 20 minutes wasn't the best idea. We could have walked back to the car but how would we have known when I order was ready. We were told to move away from the bar so others could sit and eat / drink, and the dining room is small. Maybe one of those flashing things to let customers know their order is ready would be better than a number on a stick.”

Our server was Mr Jim, who was friendly & extremely knowledgeable with the menu. I ordered the Broiled Grouper or was it Flounder, stuffed in crab meat with two shrimps. Our side was the asparagus & we split a wedge salad with a very fancy French wine to sip on. So fancy I forgot the name. Ha. This was one of the best dinners I’ve had this month & I now reside in Nashville, TN. They even have chocolate covered mints as you walk out... I highly recommend this restaurant. Service & food was top notch & I thought prices were fair for what we ordered.”

The food was simply outstanding. I tried the grilled octopus, and it was the best I've ever had! It was perfectly grilled. My friend also ordered the aguachile, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The dishes were perfectly balanced and presented beautifully, making the meal even more enjoyable. To complement my meal, I tried some of the amazing drinks from the extensive menu. The bartenders at Salvaje Restaurant really know their craft, and the cocktails were expertly mixed and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the tequila-based drinks, which were simply superb. Overall, I can't recommend Salvaje Restaurant enough. The view, service, food, and drinks were all top-notch, making it an experience that I will never forget. If you find yourself in Valle de Guadalupe, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Salvaje Restaurant at Xolo Winery. You won't be disappointed!”
