“Nice atmosphere and polite service. When busy, they are a little pre-occupied and you can get a little lost in the shuffle. They have a relatively open floor plan that allows sound to travel, so seems to get a little loud and would make conversation difficult. Call in order was accepted without issue and handled in a polite and friendly manner. Most importantly, the order was accurate. Was estimated to be ready in 20 mins. Was ready right on time. Ringo Black Bean Burger had good flavor and nice quantity of sautéed onions and mushrooms though the black bean patty was a little oily. The roll was a little firm almost like it was chilled. The fried mushrooms were cooked well and had a nice spicy dipping sauce.”

“The food was amazing and well presented. I got the jerk chicken. The sauces to go with the meal were flavorful and added to the food. You do have to clean up after the meal but it's only because the the plates are porcelain and silverware are metal. Be careful walking on the floor though. It's very slippery. “I came in on Thanksgiving eve. I didn't think to ask if they closed early. There were 3 young ladies working extremely hard as they were busy and closing in just a couple of minutes. There were 7 or eight people in line. One of the employees even changed gloved and got new lettuce because a lady said her friend had onion allergies. I can not speak highly enough of the 3 women working at this location at close even working still after close. I live 35 minutes from that location and just happen to stop on my way home from work. I hope the young ladies can get some sort of recognition. I did tip them but they definitely went above and beyond. Same I can't give more than 5 stars. They are the definition of customer service. I tried to call the store after I ate to thank them yet again but I guess they had already left.”

“Even though this pace might have it flaws it’s a decent place to come eat. Waiters are not rude and are friendly. My mother is a waiter at this restaurant and she dose the best to be friends with every customer she comes upon on. “The only reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because it was quite toasty in there. They certainly didn’t have it nice and cool for this hot July day! As far as the food goes it was delicious. “Shane’s is not bad for a fast food style BBQ. I like it better than Dickey’s as they have some more interesting menu options and their prices are in touch with reality. My only negative about these guys is the consistency. Sometimes steak fries, sometimes crinkle cut. Sometimes wing sauce is spicy, sometimes it’s mild. Sometimes there is way too much sauce, other times its lightly sauced. The staff are great and friendly. And I love somewhere that leaves sauces out for you and doesn’t make you beg for them. Except ranch, you have to beg for that and they will still forget to give it to you.”

“This was my first time at Sammy's Tap & Grill. We has a business lunch with 5 of us. Our server greeted us promptly and took our drink orders. He made a recommendation based on what one of my co workers was looking for. He was spot on. It is definitely a college bar. “Had lunch today at San Jose, and it was delightful! Wonderful to find decent Tex-Mex in this section of Raleigh. Don't hesitate to get the lunch plates: they're gigantic! The chips and salsa were flavorful and my grandson (only 3 years old) couldn't get enough of the crunch! He liked his chicken tenders, too. I had the burrito bowl and it was more than I could have possibly eaten in one sitting. My daughters were impressed with their choices, too. I'm sure we will go there again!”

“We've been to both locations and love them both. This one is more of a restaurant. Really good food, great beer selection, super friendly staff! We had a few apps and a personal "everything but the sink" pizza. The pizza was AMAZING. The chicken cakes were really good (you get 2 to an order) and the croutons which were just pizza crust pieces and marinara (wouldn't get those again). The Bill and Ted Excellent Adventure Amber Ale is my favorite beer there. We go everytime we're in Raleigh.”

“The restaurant is well located with plenty of parking. Done in was like a ghost town but they were doing a lot of take out. It took a few minutes to get seated and be waited on but once we did the process was quick. While individual items are not marked the menu notes that gluten free options are available. Our server was very knowledgeable of what was gluten free and what could be modified to be gluten free. I’d say 2/3 if the menu could be made gluten-free. When they food came out he confirmed that the dish was gluten free when serving it and a gluten free note was on our bill. I got drunken noodles and they were super tasty. For those that also need to watch dairy be aware that they use regular milk/cream in addition to coconut milk in their curries.”

They were expensive for tacos $9 for 2 tacos and a few Lays chips as a side but the meat was good and had nice flavor. “When we got there this place had a wait. They did have a couple of chairs at the bar. When asked if we want to sit there we said perfect. The bar tender was polite, and very busy. “We had a great dinner here last night with some friends with a variety of dishes. We got the Frickles and Crispy tots as well forgot to take photos of those. I love very lightly battered pickles and they were, VERY good highly recommend I could have ate the whole basket myself 😂. I got the smothered chicken burrito and it was very LARGE and good, sauce was a little spicy, great flavors. I also had 2 Margaritas that were great. My husband got the burger and a Caesar salad and enjoyed both. My friend got the salmon and said it was very good. We love ale house just finally took the time to review it. Definitely a good spot to hang, watch the game or play some games they have 2 pool tables and a few other games by the bathrooms. They were decorating for Christmas and it's looking good. 👌”

I adore the crab rangoons, always stuffed full with a thin, crispy shell, with delicious sauce on the side. The yellow curry is to die for, a warm, comforting meal that is incredibly filling and nourishing. I ate here with my family, took friends here, and even dined in alone. I never leave reviews for restaurants, but this is a delicious spot to go. I cannot recommend it enough.”

“I heard about this restaurant a few months ago and I been waiting too try it. I was not disappointed, the environment is really good it very welcoming to anyone. Great for families, friends, couples, first dates! Don't missed on the table made guacamole, really fresh and delicious (eat it too fast and forgot to get the picture). I sat at the bar, because it was a bit packed when we got there on a Saturday late afternoon. The service was great, delicious drinks, friendly staff and really good food! Flavors were on point!
