“Came in with my girlfriend to get her new windshield wiper blades (neither of us know anything about cars) and luckily James the store manager was there to help us. He was able to tell us what size wipers we needed, and tell us that adding on bug washer fluid would give us 10% off so it paid for itself, and offered to put on the blades for us. When he came out to put them on he looked under the hood first, showed us where to pour in the bug fluid, quickly told us everything he was checking on/looking out for under the hood, and saw corrosion on the battery so he went back in to get a spray to fix it, and then replaced the blades for us. Will definitely come back to this location for any future car needs! Very nice manager, and extremely helpful for two people that didn't even know what blades they needed! Definitely went the extra mile!!”

I was travelling from Canada to orlando for my mother's funeral who had pasted away in unexpectedly with my daughter and two year old grandson when my rear dif seized and snapped my rear left drive axle. The ower could not get the parts right away so I rented a car; the owner had Beth a very nice lady that worked the front desk to drive me over a half hour away to find a rental place which I must add the garage stayed open almost 2 hours past close until I returned with Beth. The owner kept in contact with me through the week and worked endlessly to find the parts for the cheapest price. All companies should follow in their foot steps of customer service they treat everyone who enters the service Center as Family. Thank you to Denis, Beth and Boys for everthing”
