Alvin was very polite and personable and very much appeared to be on my side. He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit. The nurse shondra that helped us and did the intake/sight testing was AH-MAZING with my little boy. She got him to stop crying and got the drops in. She was super patient and gentle.
