They all have gone above and beyond for me. Dr. V is one of those doctors that is really for the patient and cares about getting results that make her patients very happy. I know she adds some extra touches and services that I’m not paying for because she wants the absolute best results for me. She is very compassionate and passionate about her work. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable. I believe her having a background in plastic surgery (but then later making the switch to cosmetic surgery) is what enhances her understanding, skills and services in this area. “I've been a customer of Johnson & Johnson for 3 years, the staff is wonderful, Micah the owner is great. I would only ask that when giving an estimate, the pricing is included with the work, so the customer is aware of the costs with the repair, when customer receives the estimate. This has been an ongoing concern. This costs are done after the estimate has been provided. Therefore, when picking up a vehicle the costs should be broken out (itemized) with the actual details regarding the repairs on the document. There were some repairs discovered, with uncertainty during a recent visit, I'm purchasing a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter and needed a inspection prior to purchase. There were some repairs noted, I wasn't certain to whether its needed or just a potential concern. So a phone call explaining the findings would have been very much appreciated, so there's no ambiguity. All in all, Johnson & Johnson are affordable mechanics, especially during these times! They provide great work on your vehicle and get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. The Techs are experience when it came to my vehicles.”

“I went to a competitor and didn't even get a rep to call me back after 6 calls to them. My wife suggested I go over to General Shale, I didn't even know that they were there. I went over to them and spoke with Kelly. She was terrific, I was able to get what I needed for my outdoor grill project. There was a slight mix up in getting all the stone I needed, so Kelly was able to get the rest of my order and then deliver it in her own personal truck on a Saturday, when the store was closed. That is customer service for you. I highly recommend Kelly and her staff. When my friends come over and ask about my new grill, I will tell them about the help I got from General Shale. When I ready to do my outdoor fireplace, my only stop will be them. Thanks for all your help.”

The ribs are still delicious, but you gotta try the fried pickles chips. So crispy, so tasty. Original review: Hands down, my favorite place for dinner or drinks. After an initial kerfuffle I spoke to a woman whose name I did not get but she was professional, articulate and put me through to the pharmacist, Bryant, who organized to get me in. Really went the extra mile to accommodate my request. Additionally, since we made the switch to Greystone we have had no delays in getting refills that were always delayed at the chain pharmacies. “This is my favorite Raleigh-area Five Guys. They are always very fast with the orders and very clean in the kitchen. I have never had any issues even going during the noon time lunch rush. There is parking spaces in both the front and rear of the restaurant. The food its self is always top notch and locally sourced, especially the potatoes. Five Guys proudly displays the farm and date the potatoes they use daily are originated within the United States. If there ever is a wait in the restaurant, Five Guys has actual snacks (closed shell peanuts) that you can eat at no cost. The staff inside are always friendly and enthusiastic to help you order especially with recommendations if it is your first-time in.”

Our current financial situation only allows us to go out to eat about once a month… even that is pushing it, so when we do, we put a lot of research into finding a great place. El Tapatio had great reviews, and they really lived up to the hype. We were seated quickly, greeted quickly, and the food was amazing. Giselle was our server, who I honestly felt bad for because brain is so scattered today I can barely form a comprehensible sentence. Not only was she patient and understanding, she was very kind, and seemingly genuine. Her actual steps of service were spot on as well, if you’re reading this lol I would have tipped you 1000% if I had had it. I’ve been in the service industry for almost 15 years and I think this is the first time I can honestly say my experience was perfect (only negative the DoorDash noises were kind of annoying but it’s necessary for busy places).
