“Recently had A 7 Service performed on my 2018 CR-V. Jeremy was the person who handled my request for the A 7 Service. I also had a minor malfunction that I ask he would look at. He was able to diagnose the minor issue, told me it would take less than an hour to repair. Since I was waiting for my car during the A 7 service, it was very helpful to know the minor issue could also be addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Jeremy for the great communication. I just had a B 1 Service this week and it went great. In and out so fast. Easy to make an appointment, greeted nicely and a nice welcoming wait area. I had my oil and oil filter changed, and my tires rotated and balanced all in an hour or so. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.”

“I recently decided to purchase a new car, and I spoke on the phone with Catherine Banks, one of the loan officers at the First Flight branch in Holly Springs, NC. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but THIS experience was the easiest and the best one I've ever been through due to such a wonderful and diligent loan officer! Catherine's attention to detail was perfect - she noticed things in the deal (sent over by the dealership) that I would have never caught, and she worked with both me and the dealership to make sure that ALL numbers were consistent, correct, and fair. As I live out of town, she conducted all business with me over the phone, through the internet, and through e-mail, and ALL of her paperwork was flawless. She was quick (if she told me I had a form to e-sign, it was already in my email before I could even open it up). The loan was approved within minutes, and as soon as I found the vehicle I wanted, the loan was processed and closed in less than an afternoon. This is the way that business should be run, and Catherine has definitely turned me into a First Flight customer. It is very difficult in this day and time to find customer service with such attention to detail, but Catherine definitely brought that quality to the table.
