Apartments are well built, furnished very well and floor plans are well done. Sound from neighbors is not an issue at all and construction noises aren't even noticeable because they're wrapping up the last two buildings now. Amenities are fantastic, easy to get to and use. Never any lost packages or weird hours at the gym. This community is awesome for young professionals and small families alike. Its quiet, everyone is very kind, and you never have to worry about your safety. As a Holly Spring resident for awhile, its important to note being on 55 is super convenient and allows for quick access to Holly Springs, Apex, and Fuquay alike. The road construction is almost wrapped up, so don't let that scare you! This property has amazing green space, pet friendly, and far enough from any major roads where you never hear a single vehicle. Jump on this property, its small so it'll sell out quick!”
