All of their products are higher quality and I know if I were to have any issues they take care of me right away. The staff is super friendly and kind. I also tried their delivery service today and was blown away that something that would take weeks to ship from elsewhere was delivered to me in under 3 hours! The items were dropped off at my door and no knock or door bell to set off the dogs, which I appreciate that so much since I work nights and sleeping during the day is not easy.
