BJ's only staffs one person in the tire center so you have to be understanding about wait times. Its not the tech's fault. Carl clearly does everything within his power to take care of everyone. This man HUSTLES in the shop, is polite and courteous, and was outstanding in his communication of when things could be completed. Work was completed, torqued correctly with a torque stick, followed by a torque wrench. 5 stars for Carl.”

“A few years ago I lost nearly 30 lbs after completing a 60 day plan. A month after the plan i was down another 7 lbs. I stayed around that weight for about 2 1/2 years eating the kinds of food that were recommended during the 3rd phase of the diet and along with regular exercise. My run times were better in my late 30s than they were in my late 20s. I moved for work and fell off the life plan for about a year. I started the plan again and got back to where I was before. Any question I had Denny and Michele were able to answer and were very supportive along the way. We purchased the tickets online and the check-in was easy....just showed my code and the young lady explained where the theater was and where to order food (due to Covid, you now order food at the counter and then they bring it to you instead of ordering while seated). The gentleman at the bar, John, was so patient and helpful when we ordered our food and drinks. The staff that brought everything was friendly and efficient. The entire theater, including the bathrooms, was spotless with very nice decor. The seating was comfortable and roomy. We can't wait to come back! Thank you everyone.”

“I had an amazing experience at Sam's Optical! Dr. Christensen was outstanding and really cares about helping her patients. She explained everything she was doing during the eye exam and was very patient when answering my questions. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Everyone was incredibly nice and seemed to genuinely care about providing the best service possible. They were also very affordable, as the exam was only $65!
