“I worked with David Brown of Albright Painting for the first time on staining a deck and two story stairs. He and his partner were professional, prompt and did an excellent job. They were going to power wash the deck before staining it so I had them power wash my house too. I was really pleased with the results on both. Next, they took great care during each phase of the project and worked for three days to ensure conditions were optimal. They made sure to protect the surrounding areas from being exposed and there were no stray stain marks or drips anywhere. I've had other painters to get relaxed/sloppy on outside jobs and leave a mess. I definitely recommend Albright Painting for your next project.”

“TLR electric did a great job helping with our kitchen remodel. Tony had some great ideas for recommendations on where to put lights so that they would provide adequate lighting for the counter tops. He rewired the whole kitchen and everything ended up exactly where it needed to be when it came time for the cabinets and appliances to be installed. We debated what kind of lights we wanted for the kitchen either 4K or 3K so Tony installed both so we could see the difference. We also had him move all the electric off the back wall of the kitchen so we could install a big sliding door. It all turned out great.”

They included a lot of extra details many other homes on the market did not: crown molding, tray ceiling in the master, beautiful door casings, painted doors and the best shower I've ever used, to name a few. Their attention to detail shows. The warranty manager, Donovan, was great to deal with. He responded to emails day and night and solved the few issues we had quickly. We just completed the 1-year walkthrough and Donovan and his team went above and beyond to fix the things that popped up from the house settling over time.
