He replaced two fans that we were worried may have wiring issues and replaced two vanity fixtures. He worked quickly and everything is running great. One of the fans was making a noise when it first started, so he did a quick adjustment and it is whisper quiet now. Great work at a competitive price.”

They have accommodated moving my unit when there were issues. There has been significant damage to the grounds from poor drainage on adjacent lots. Wasn't crowded when I was there and the other dog owners that came were respectful and responsible unlike what I have seen at some dog parks. Cons: There's not a separate area for small dogs and large dogs so they're all in together.”
