“Pleasant and accommodating staff, with slightly dated rooms that could use some TLC. Overall a clean and pleasant experience, with a few bumps. We found ourselves in need of last minute lodging with early check in availability; the staff worked their hardest to accommodate us!! The first room we were given the air-conditioning was broken and the in room phone did not work, they quickly and happily changed our room. The second room the door did not latch correctly so the door was not secure unless using the dead bolt, they sent a maintenance man right away to handle the problem. The mattress was extremely comfortable, linens and towels fresh and clean, and overall the rooms were clean. Despite the bumps along the way we would stay here again if in the area.”

He is more cautious than some other surgeons who perform this procedure as far as putting weight on the foot sooner, however I appreciate that caution if it means a better outcome for me as the patient. “Warren deserves 10 stars for helping us close on our house. My wife and I were never anticipating on buying a house this year - we contacted warren primarily to find a decent rental within our budget. Not once did Warren try to push us to buy and worked relentless to find/show us rentals. One day out of boredom, my wife and I went to a few open houses and found a home we were obsessed with. We contacted Warren and he drove over an hour to get us a showing immediately. Through all the bumps that came our way with the sellers, mortgage company, etc., Warren was Johnny in the spot to get things addressed and resolved in a rapid manner so we could close on time. Furthermore, Warren helped us negotiate several incentives into the homes purchase that would’ve otherwise would’ve never been included if he had not recommended them. Now, several months after we purchased, my wife and I have had several questions (first time owning a home with a private septic, well, and gas system). Warren is still helping us collect information and get in touch with the right people without hesitation long after his commissions have been collected. They had signs on the available tables that you turned over when you left so they knew to clean the table and so you know the table had been cleaned. They shut down the self serve drink/condiment station for sanitary reasons. They were quick to give refills in a new cup. Was not crowded at all, it was a much needed time out to relax.”
