I don't know if he was genuine or not but his demeanor appeared to be. And Even though we had a misunderstanding I pulled myself together to listen to him and on the other hand he listened to me too. The transaction took about 7 minutes, but he explained to me what he did in a way for me to understand. The others may talk too fast and if you do that its like trying to catch up to a racing car. So when their done your like "??" Cause you don't understand. He brought me my ID Card back and I appreciate his patience and Easy going way of doing things. Thanks Robert! It's not just about Getting done what the customer needs. Its ALL about HOW you get it done. And Robert did quite well.”
