“I am so grateful for Jason and his team at Cottman Transmission. I was referred by another location and had my car towed here. It wasn't the plan that day when I tried to take a spontaneous vacation!!!! Nope... but I'm so glad he was so kind from the moment he answered the call. It was a Friday and they were closing soon... yet I was able to get it towed in time. (They do have a key drop). So they gave a quote on Monday I paid in full and that's when the magic happened!!!! They replaced my transmission with a new one but it wasn't acting right codes and such. Jason wasted no time to get the issue fixed... still not to his liking he ordered a new one AGAIN... and BOOM. I'm back on the road sailing. It may have took a few weeks(or more lol) which is NOT THEIR NORM... but I felt safe knowing they were making sure EVERYTHING was working right. They even found issues with my mounts and fixed those too. I love that this place offers a fast turn around and multiple options to fixing your transmission. I feel safe knowing I can hit the road with a new Transmission and a warranty (A damn good one at that!!!) To all those guys who worked on my car I appreciate you for keeping me safe. “I just bought a new but "open box" Honda lawn mower from a local seller. Everything worked except for the throttle shifter that was broken off. I ordered a replacement part but when it arrived I realized this was going to be too complicated for me. I can be handy with hand tools but being a nerd, messing with small engines is out of my league so I called Simply Grace and dropped off my mower. Simply Grace is open from 6pm-10pm so it was really convenient since I work days and am usually busy. I was able to drop it by on the same day I called to inquire about the repair. It was late so I just left it with Glen. I was able to pick it up a few days after with the throttle control fixed. Glen will fix just about anything small engine related and I definitely recommend Simply Grace.”

“Very Nice experience. I had my Lyriq vinyl wrapped Satin Black color change from Metalic Grey, and clear PPF added to the front bumper and grill. The car style is newer, so I took it by for them to give it a glance and provide a quote. There wasn't much discussion about options, so if you need someone to walk you through, I'm not sure if you will get that, but if you know what you are looking far the setup process is easy. Brought the car in and it was ready for me the day we agreed upon in the morning. Left the car for 4 days. I was impressed with the results. There was much instruction for care and maintenance, but when I asked Katelyn gave me basic instructions to hand wash and if I saw anything out of place to bring it back. Again, if you have done your research beforehand, it's an easy, quality experience. I would definitely recommend for vinyl wraps and, of course, their bread and butter, PPF.”
