My only recommendation is that they do a better job at going over all details as it looks like they missed my trunk & moonroof completely. It would also be helpful if you provide better directions on the website, since the new location is very easy to miss & there are no signs (that I saw) on the outside.”

“Overheated at an intersection close to their facility. It was after 6 PM and they jumped right on it. They let me go to O’Reilly‘s and get the part on their account, then I brought it back and they fixed it immediately. Stuck around and talked for about an hour afterwards. Seem like real down to earth guys. They could’ve gouged me, and Id have paid it, because I was in a bind and stuck. But they only charged me for about an hour of labor. Could not of been a better experience. Now I’m gonna start taking my other vehicles to them.”
