Always willing to research unusual problems or issues, even obscure things that they are unlikely to deal with more than once. Labor rates are competitive if not slightly low for the area, too. “I was thinking maybe it was time to trade in my 11 yr old GMC Yukon Denali. It was running fine but was beginning to look "tired" inside and had a dull exterior. My husband suggested to take the car to DNA Collision & Detail to clean it up and have it waxed. A day later I picked up my revitalized car. It's original color was bright and the finish smooth. The leather seats were renewed to the rich color I remembered when the car was new. Every stain was removed from the carpet. Any thought of trading in my car disappeared from my mind. I would also like to mention the level of pride and personal attention the owner, Alan, gives every customer and car. He has instilled a high degree of commitment in each of his employees. “Alright so we literally chose this place because the owner, Joe, had some absolutely savage responses to a few people whose negative reviews were for things like “I don’t know how car repairs work” and “they would pass my shitbox of a car through inspection.” If I’m honest, probably not the best reason to choose a mechanic but it was this or Jiffy Lube so I took a shot. We were not disappointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the manager, Adam, took it upon himself to physically show me the things he wanted to fix on my car (engine and cabin air filters which were black as the long night) instead of just telling me and expecting me to take his word for it. I will probably not be living in the area much longer, but if I were, I would never take my car anywhere else if I could help it. Cheers!”
