“I have been getting my Mercedes serviced here for several years. I have tried other area service shops but I have found Foreign Service to suit my needs more. Now owning and driving a Mercedes is a LUXURY which is a certain fact many lose sight of. That said you should never expect cheap parts or labor if you choose to drive these vehicles. I like the Foreign Service because they will inspect your vehicle and advise you on what is going on. The difference between them and the dealership is I believe the dealership is only focused on you paying outrageous costs for often unnecessary maintenance items. My word of advice is: If you 'choose' to drive a Mercedes than find yourself a specialist rather than deal with a dealership. '87 190...'00 300...'95 320...'12 250. “They have the hardest time keeping this tire shop staffed to be able to actually stay open for the hours advertised by Walmart. The price is right. The tires are good. The equipment makes for a speedy tire replacement. They have a free air hose on the corner for folks just looking to add some air to a tire. I think the manager lady just needs to stop taking smoke breaks with what seems to be the lead garage man (round fella you'll find hanging out behind the garage, smart but smokes a quarter pack on a tire change) and start doing some hiring. If I could get the service I got 3 years ago from the skinny white girl with funny colored hair, I'd never use another tire shop. But it seems like this older woman and middle age man run all the good help outta the garage. Maybe it's just my optics. No one said anything out of the way to me. I just watched several people do nothing while the one or two other employees that were in and out on breaks hustled the whole time I was there.”

Parts could be delayed getting to the business address.However, once the part arrived the installation was performed and my system was working properly. It's way too cold outside to not be able to adjust the climate inside the vehicle. Job well done! I was referred by Lexus Dealership in Greensboro.”
