“I first noticed Fitzgerald's about 5 years ago I deliverd automotive parts to this location. The first thing I noticed was every time I delivered to this location all the technicians were busy working on cars and the atmosphere said we love what we do. The second thing I noticed was the high level of respect each technician displayed to Chad, but you get respect when you give respect, Chad treats his technicians with respect also. Third and most important these technicians do excellent work and they tell you the truth. Bottom line, if I attached my name to something or someone you have showed me you are trustworthy. I have referred co-workers and friends to Chad, they were pleased, and are life long customers. “I came here recently to purchase a set of four tires for my 2013 Nissan. The stock tires still had some mileage left on them, but with the road conditions around here this time of year, you can't be too safe. I found a set of tires I was interested in on the store's web site. So, I special ordered the tires after doing my own research and the tires were in the shop in two days (arrived on a Friday). I had made an appointment earlier for the following Monday, but since the store had called me that the tires arrived earlier, I called and changed my appointment to the same day. They were very accommodating. Once I arrived at the shop, I waited a brief time in line. Within 15 minutes of arrival, my car was already on a rack getting a new set of tires. Within an hour of first arriving, I was headed out the door. Not bad. I would definitely recommend the store. Staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to assure you are happy with your purchase.”
