“My experience with this shop has been nothing short of excellent. It is nice to know that shops like this still exist. Let me give a few reasons why I say that. First to the great owners Pete and Julie they are truly professional, friendly and, honest. I know that I can bring my car in for repair or maintenance and not have to worry about getting ripped off. From my experience all the office and shop personnel are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they get someone who does. The most important thing about this shop is the excellent work they do when I take my car in for repair or maintenance. The one thing I like most is when I do bring my car, in for whatever needs to be done they just don't stop there. They take notice if something else may need attention and put it in writing so you will know, and then give you the option weather you want it repaired or not. Now that's what I call service with a smile. One more thing I would like to mention that is great about this shop and that is if the problem with your vehicle is something that needs to taken to the dealership they let you know up front. I think they are the best shop in town. Pete, Julie and everyone else that works there, keep up the excellent work and you will always have, not only customers, but repeat customers. “We were on our way to Florida for Christmas and made a stop at a friends in Charlotte and the refrigerator in our MotorHome stopped cooling. After trying to get every dealer in the area to look at, with no success, we found RV & Camper Refrigeration on line. Called and talked to Melanie and she set us up a day to bring in our RV and repair the refrigerator. It needed a new cooling unit and they build them on site. They replaced the unit that day and had us back on the road again. The unit they put in is far better than what came from the factory. We had them remove the ice maker, as we bought a countertop unit from Sam’s club that makes ice ten times faster than the one in the fridge and frees up a lot of room in the freezer. The unit cools so much more efficient that the temp we always set it at was too cold and started to freeze the milk so we now have it on the warmest setting and it works great. I HIGHLY recommend them for refrigerator repair and probably about any repair your RV might require if you are in the area.”

“Although this review was submitted a few years after Gary worked on my car, I know him well and know he enjoys perfection and attention to detail. My low milage 1972 Cutlass convertable was lightly driven but to be a show car, it needed some body work. Gary took the car, stripped it of paint, repaired the 40 years of mild dings and scratches and presented back to me a car with incredible glass smooth shine and finish. A year later it received Oldsmobile Best in Show at the Charlotte Auto Fair.”

“Well, while shopping at the Aldi's in Mint Hill, NC, I rather brilliantly decided to put my purse in the trunk while putting my groceries into it as well.... then, by reflex, I closed the trunk with my purse and both sets of keys and even my cell phone. I was in a horrible bind and then I called Kenny! Kenny got Mark to come to my rescue. Mark was the quintessential Knight In Shining Armor! He had to unlock the doors then fish my purse out of the trunk through the back seat. And he did it quickly and efficiently. These wonderful folks are located in Mint Hill. DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE. They also do a whole bunch of other automotive specialty repair services.... so needless to say, we will be taking our cars there from now on to see Mark and Kenny! Kind Gentlemen beyond words. Just wonder people and great service. I'm so glad I locked my keys in the car so I could find out about them.”
