Twice weekly updates, and when one of our parts were going to take an extra month, we came up with a solution (and they cleared it 100% with insurance) which worked for us, with a guarantee that if we were not happy we would go back and wait for the last part to come in. The lounge was very much appreciated as a place to wait for the results of our testing. Everyone was friendly and did what they could to get us back on the road again. The dog walking area was huge and they even provided doggie bags. Our dog was welcome in the lounge and we appreciate that. Over all I would say that they did a tremendous job for a repair shop.
