“On our way down to GA from VA we were on 95 south when our back tire blew some tread off. We limped our way off the interstate, and assessed the damage. I have tired that aren't in stock at a lot of shops, so of course there was a bit of panic considering that and that it was nearing 5pm. When I Google searched for tire shops near our location Lemus came up, and they were only a couple miles away. They not only had my tire size in stock, but they even said they would stay late if need be to help us. I cannot convey my thanks to them enough, for their graciousness and for just being amazing people. If you are in this area, definitely visit this establishment. “I see A LOT of negative reviews on here but I’ve been a member since 2010, gotten 4 different sets of tires for 2 vehicles over that time and experienced 2 different Costco Tire shop locations and I have Never had an issue. If you leave there upset I can guarantee you didn’t speak with a supervisor or manager before you left because they will always go out of their way to give you a satisfactory experience. It’s one of the busiest places in the area since they have the longest hours, open the latest ,and produce the highest volume of tire sales. Literally just talk to a supervisor or manager if there is an issue and it’ll get cleared up. Super friendly and professional people 👍🏼”

“I own a 1973 Corvette with 64,000 original miles. It has its own attached garage and I treat it like a forth child. The AC has not worked this year. Another mechanic fixed it and recharged it last year but even then it did not work too well. I heard about Ten Ten Auto from one of my Corvette friends. Since it’s only 5 minutes from my house I decided to give them a try but I was extremely apprehensive. So I dropped my baby off and went home but being the person I am I decided to go to the gas station next door to them to spy over the fence. I saw the car in one of their bays and a young man put a fender cover nicely over it as to not hurt the paint. Later they called with an estimate and said they could order parts for tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and I brought it back. Not only did they re-rewire it correctly so there is no more clicking under the hood but it blows cold air more than my newer SUV. I frequent car shows. Knowing that, the owner made sure everything was neat as it would be in 1973. I belong to two corvette clubs and the American legion cruisers. This was yesterday and already I told a bunch of people at today’s cars and coffee. Update: Took my corvette for the shocks, starter and replace the alarm horn. Again perfect. I purchased the original parts and it took them half a day to install. Additionally they repacked the wheel bearings and tightened the hubs up for me.”

“I’m just starting out in business on my own. My brakes started grinding so I made an appointment with my local service center. My truck had other plans and a caliper gave out in louisburg. 60 miles from home. I have no connections in Vance county. So I googled nearby auto repair. Juan’s auto repair showed up, thank god. I called. Juan answered. He was just returning home from a FLORIDA road trip. He said he a was entering louisburg and that he’d be right there. Within 30 minutes he was right there. He determined what parts were needed. He searched around locally by phone before finding parts an hour away. He went and bought the parts. He installed the parts. He got me on my way from being stranded to being comfortable in my living room. All the while being polite, fair, honest, knowledgeable. To drop what you are doing or plan on doing to assist a complete stranger in need deserves to be commended and I appreciate you Juan and Son (Alex) for helping me out and just for caring. “Well the store was fine. I had to purchase a battery. The guy that sold me the battery was nice enough to let me borrow a tool to replace it. A mile down the road. When I returned for a refund on the core I explained the new battery didn't do the trick. He offered to take a look at my car, but ended up a no show the next day. So I had to have it towed and serviced. It turned out to be the starter as I suspected. I just wish people wouldn't offer anything if they're not gonna come through. He could have called me. He seemed like a nice enough guy to be reliable. Live and learn as they say.”

They also have a waiting area the day that I went I had my mother with me who is severely disabled and they went above and beyond to help us and make sure that she was comfortable.
