“My fan wouldn’t turn off after driving for a couple of hours. I had the cooling module replaced. Not only was the price fair, the service was done ASAP and I got a ride home during mechanic’s lunch break! 3 months later, I had the same problem. The part was still under warranty so they fixed it again at no charge. I had AAA tow my car as the tow truck’s driver said his battery charger dead. (This was unacceptable from the tow truck driver!) I wasn’t present when the car was towed but my sunroof and windows were open. A monsoon came through while in transport and Import AutoPro was waiting for my car to arrive and they were prepared with plastic tarps and towels to save my care from water damage. The tow truck driver managed to break my wipers and AutoPro put on new ones free of charge and my service was totally free. Hannah, the receptionist is incredibly nice and goes out of her way to provide the best service. I have taken all of my cars here and I have always been happy with the great work and service they provide. I rarely write reviews but this was one I had to do. I appreciated their help and going out of their way to help.”

“I backed into a brick post with the tailgate to my truck down. It bent one of the rotator pieces that allows the gate to open and close. I was worried no one would be able to fix it, but these guys got me in the same day I brought it by for them to look at. They had my truck ready within a few hours. The tail gate opens and closes even better than before the damage! I’ll definitely be taking any other vehicles that need body repair to Joyce’s Body Shop. “I got a flat which was my own fault because I knew I needed tires but kept putting it off. Of course it happened at the worst possible time. Leaving for my much awaited weekend birthday trip at the Casino, we hadn't made it 20 miles down the highway when my right rear tire completely split and went flat. Luckily I had run flats and was able to get to an exit and into a safe place off the road. I called several very close places asking if they had my size tire, planning to drive there on the runflats if they did. No one did except Parrish, but only at their warehouse. I thought I was out of luck and would need to be towed home because I was afraid that was too far to drive on the runflats, but then they told me they have a Mobile service and they could go to the warehouse, pick up the tires and come to me to change them! I thought that was a fabulous idea but would surely cost me an arm and a leg. NOPE! The Mobile service is an incredibly reasonable $35!!! So I just decided to go ahead and have them change all 4 since I was planning to do it anyway, I'd just been too busy. Now i wouldn't have to make an appt and go back another day. Roughly 2 hours later I had 4 new tires and was on my way ! I might just do the Mobile service next time I need new tires just for the amazing convenience!!”
