Our car was taken back immediately upon arriving for our appointment and the waiting room / interior of the shop/ building was super nice and pleasant to wait in. The service was completed and our car was ready for us in half the time I expected and we quickly and easily checked out with the friendly and competent front desk clerk / admin. This was my first time here at Sanders and I'll without a doubt be a long time customer from now on. We had a perfect experience in regards to what one could ask for in a visit to an auto repair shop and I'm very happy to have found them. Another plus for them is that when our car was finished, we didn't get a long list of things that we should have fixed. I am able to run pretty deep diagnostics on my own car and I was aware that there weren't any other issues I needed to worry about and it was super refreshing that they didn't load us up with a bunch of recommended repairs or services like almost every ither shop has always done. I'm sure I'll be a loyal long term customer at this point. They really set a new standard for auto repair shops and I couldn't ask for more. “I went there for an assessment on my vehicle because I was hearing a strange noise. Like most people I know little to nothing about cars except where the gas goes so I went in with a little bit of apprehension thinking what could they find and what could they charge me with. The owner Marcus greeted me promptly and kindly. After thoughtfully listening to my concerns he had a technician test drive it. The tech did not hear the mystery noise that I heard and after putting it up on the lift thought it might be the struts. Marcus gave me the pricing for the struts but before he began work he said let me take it for a test drive myself. He also didn't hear the noise and after looking under my car a second time didn't think any repairs were necessary. He could have easily had me replace those struts and gotten a $500 job. How would I have known the difference? What he got instead is a life long customer plus referrals.”

“Johnny is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He has been in business over 40 yrs. Our car kept cutting off at stoplight. He suggested things to try as not sure if bad gas or something else. Then car would not go in gear. He came and got my car and it was taken to the shop. It didn't show on meter as any mechanical problem. He found the problem squirrels or other outside creature had chewed the wires into on my car. He fixed it. Praise God! Johnny is very reasonable. . He does not take visa cards. He does not have a wrecker. He is a great mechanic. No public restroom. He doesn't have a receptionist he runs his own shop.”

“How do I start... My wife got home and had a flat tire. It was a hot day and I had to get this tire off and get a spare on... Spare was flat also. I called around for tires and no one has them and was really expensive to order. Mr. Delatorres went out of his way to get them for me, checked all the other tires to make sure everything was done right including making sure all lugs were tightened right and all valve caps were on. Also checked the spare and refilled it at no extra charge to me and all this done after hours! This is not the first time he's helped either. I've gone to his business for years. Super humble and honest guy. Best in town by far. Comes HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
