I had originally reached out to Precision Auto Glass in April for a quote on my cracked windshield that needed replacing, but didn't have the funds to get this taken care of until now (september). I called Michael just to see how this process works, I was debating on going through insurance and he honored the quote I was given back in April so I just paid out of pocket for it. Precision was around $300 cheaper than Safelite for the same (if not better, service). I called them on the 26th, Michael made sure I got the MOPAR glass I needed that night and they scheduled to fix my jeep the next afternoon! Michael was very knowledgeable, he's affordable, and quick! it only took him and his partner an hour to complete the job. I'd much rather support this business than any big company. It seems my car needed a glass which is manufactured in Canada with a different design . Not sure if I had given the vin they could have figure out earlier .
