He won't charge you for a repair you don't need or try to upsell you on something that might need fixing in a year. If that light will wait, he'll tell you. If a simple fix will work as well as a complex one, he will recommend the simple one. He doesn't have an assistant at the moment so you so sometimes have to wait your turn and I would recommend calling to confirm that the work is done. He loves working on all the cars and can sometimes forget to tell you he's finished. Four out of five for how far away it is.”
