“My first review was 2 stars. In all fairness I went when they were very busy and did not buy the managers special. My mom assured me they do great work so I just went again and they went above and beyond what I felt should be done for 32$. Had this been my only experience I would have given 5 stars. Still but hurt about how poor a job was dont the first time. My advice, point out what was missed when they say they are done (they didn't miss anything this time) and go when they aren't busy.”

When I opened the door I expected it to be cleaner! Was not my car. Took there for a friend. I had already tipped them. Never tip until vehicle is completely approved. But I was in a hurry and trusted them.”

My car battery died and they jumped it off for me. The whole crew was kind to me and very polite! “I frequently wash my vehicle at this location. Bathrooms 5 out of 10 times have needed attention but that can happen anywhere. I like the available car cleaning products sold in their vending maching. (You can utilize your credit/debit card for purchases) Complimentary hot beverages served inside year round are perfect in this cold weather. Several times the attachment has come off the hose or suction has been low on the machines but overall idea is if that happens there are other spaces you can move to.”

“Love washing here! The tunnel is super long and gets my car clean. All the detail materials are free, unlike other car wash companies where you have to pay to use the towels. I wash here every week. The membership is the way to go if you enjoy a clean car!”

“I recently purchased a used truck and had Flawless Steam clean the interior, exterior, and engine bay. The truck was very dirty inside and out , and had transmission fluid all over the engine bay from where a transmission cooler line blew. After Flawless Steam was done with the detail job the truck looked brand new, the prices were fair and they performed the work in a short period of time. Everyone was very professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. I would definitely use their service again.”
