“This is a wonderful church for all families! Mt. Hope does MULTIPLE community events a year(chicken pie/BBQ is so yummy), loads of volunteer work, and provides a friendly atmosphere for worship. The church is very inclusive to children, they host quite a few events a year that are targeted towards the kiddos. The church also just built a new swing set with parent-child swings available(full playground to come). Pastor Kristin is very passionate and treats each member like family. “I work remotely in Tennessee for a company that assists people in the community to get resources. I work remotely and have a member who needed emergency food assistance tonight and has no connections or access to food. My organization contacted everyone included Red Cross, United Way, food banks, etc..... I didn’t know where else to turn besides the church so I Facebook messaged this church not knowing anyone who goes here. Within minutes I received a call from Pastor Robert and he went and got groceries for the member and even a hot meal from a restaurant within ten minutes. The member was crying for gratefulness. During such an uncertain time thank you so incredibly much for all of your help and for feeding the member in a time of need. This is what it means to be the church and I couldn’t be more grateful. If I could give you guys 100 star rating, I would. Thank you for everything and for being such a shining example of Christ.”
