Sermons that speak directly from scripture, easily understood and very well illustrated. The Word of God taught precisely. I have been attending ARP for 8 months and a member for 6. I have never, in 30 years of church attendance, been is such a genuinely friendly and caring church. And I must say this: I have never heard one person say anything detrimental about another person. THAT is amazing, in itself. We can look to the leadership of the church for the congregation's "personality". First to Jesus Christ our Lord and to the Pastor and the God-appointed council of the Flock.”

“My husband and I came to Gastonia on business, which would not take place until Sunday. So after breakfast today, I thought it would be nice to go to church. I looked up churches in Gastonia and found two. We went to the one that was closet. What a delightful church. It was not a huge church but had a good size group. The people were very friendly and welcoming, unlike some that I have been in. They made us feel like part of the family and even invited us to stay for lunch. It is nice to know that there are still nice and decent peopke in the world. I will definitly come back for a visit when coming back to GasGastonia. Bill & Keila Gillette”
