“Sunday afternoon we had a visit from a man and woman from Straitway. As Christians, we were very happy to see people out telling people about the Lord, especially on a very cold rainy day. They were extremely polite, steadfast in their faith and I accepted the Bible tract they offered. I’ll pass it on to someone who needs to hear the gospel. I only gave a 4 because I have not personally visited the church, so I can’t tell you about it as a whole.”

You want a church where the pastor challenges you to think for yourself and to really look for what The Lord has planned for you, come to Hickory Rock Baptist Church. I had walked away from churches in general due to all of the hypocrisy that I witnessed and here, I haven’t found any. The people are real, sincere, and embracing of everyone who comes through. If there was an option to give 10 stars, I’d give it 11.”

“My 4yo daughter and I attended the 10am service with my step mom at Poplar Springs Church this past Sunday and it was such an awesome service. We felt welcomed the moment we entered the church. My daughter loves children’s church and was very excited about joining the other preschoolers there. She met some new friends and enjoyed it so much, she cried when it was over. Pastor Brooks preached a great message, about putting on the full armor of God and the children’s choir was simply wonderful. We were greeted by the pastor and some of the sweet members, after service. We truly enjoyed the service and look forward to going again.”
