“I absolutely love this dentist office. My friend recommended me years ago after other dentist offices would not allow parents back with the child. (Children die in dentist offices) I also was not comfortable not being able to be there for my child. My wait has never been long. The staff is an all minority staff of women. These women all are friendly informative, patient, consistent kind and warm with both my children and eye. And there fast once you get to the back its game on. Ive never done a review. But when I seen the reviews and stars for Dr. Jefferies office I was offended because in 10 yrs I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

Dr. Reeves is always up to date on the latest dental procedures and his office is state of the art. “I haven't been to the dentist in longer than I care to admit. I'm lucky to have a great set of teeth that are apparently pretty resilient. My visit to Western Wake today was one wrought with anxiety, but only until I sat in the chair. My hygienist was personable, professional, and thorough. The cleaning was on point, painless, and frankly the conversation was enjoyable. The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable about insurance processes, had me checked in quickly and had me scheduled and on my way after just a few minutes at the end of my visit. My last experience at a different practice, albeit a long time ago, was NOTHING like this one and Western Wake made me feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. Not easy to do for this giant wuss when it comes to dental work.”

“Both of my sons have gotten their braces from Dr. Brooks and we have been very pleased! My youngest son got his braces off today (Feb. 2021) and my oldest got his off back in June of 2020. Having experienced the the process of getting braces on/off, changing bands, breaking brackets, random questions along the way, and now retainers and caring for their beautiful straight teeth; I feel like I can give an accurate review of Dr. Brooks and his staff. We have been treated with the utmost care and each time we called his office, they were happy to help and never made us feel rushed! They ALWAYS made time for us (office visit or chat on the phone)! They are professional yet manage to give a family feel as well. My sons felt comfortable enough to ask Dr. Brooks their own questions (and to get teenagers to open up and discuss their health is saying something)! Brooks Orthodontics has been very affordable and easy to work with as well. He truly wants to make you happy and make your child have their best smile possible (and proper bite). It has been a joy to go to his office these past 2 1/2 + years and we will miss chatting with Dr. Brooks, his wife, and staff on a regular basis. If you or your child are in the market for braces, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Brooks. He loves what he does and it shows in his quality of work and care!”

“This place is awesome and fun. The group atmosphere makes it so much less intimidating for kids. (Parents need to be brave and wait in the waiting room while the kids are having all the fun.) All my kids go together every 6 months (makes it easy to schedule) and they all have awesome teeth. My son's teeth also look fabulous after braces there! The dentists and orthodontists are amazing and we see all of them.”
